REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of work experience; or a demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: 5 years of work experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

This position provides technical support to management on various programs, processes, and projects. Completes work assignments with a high level of quality and personal accountability, displaying strong skills in building relationships, communication and motivating others to work together.

• Provides day-to-day support to projects and operations to ensure;
  • compliance with policies, requirements, and procedures and;

  • objectives are met or exceeded
• Interfaces with management to respond to external assessments and audits

• Participates in conducting assessments, as requested
• Conducts surveillance and compliance inspections, as assigned
• Supports DOE interactions
• Maintains flexibility to support various Shipping & Receiving/Logistics activities
• Monitors and implements an effective assessment program, ensuring assigned management assessments and observation are conducted by responsible managers and an acceptable level of performance is achieved
• Maintains knowledge of safety policies and procedures and performs assigned duties in a safe manner, and, if supervising others, has responsibility for the safety of those being supervised; and ensures they comply with established safety policies and procedures and practice safe work habits
• Completes work assignments with a high level of personal accountability, teamwork, initiative, and quality
• Familiar with established policies, methods, and practices of the Company
• Supports Facility Manager with walkdowns, reviews, or compiling of information as requested
• Acts as the backup Facility Manager (Industrial) for UCOR leased facilities
• Performs other tasks, as assigned
