Shipping Operations Manager manages shipping operations' daily activities, including order processing, inventory tracking, documentation, and transportation oversight. Utilizes enterprise resource planning (ERP) or other systems to record and track all shipping transactions, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports. Being a Shipping Operations Manager ensures shipping protocols and documentation meet required regulatory requirements for hazardous materials (DOT/HAZMAT) or special handling. Investigates and resolves shipping quality issues, damages, or lost freight claims. Additionally, Shipping Operations Manager develops and maintains relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Shipping Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Shipping Operations Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • Summary:

    As a Campaign Manager, you'll assist our Operations team in building and strengthening our network of truck vendors. This role involves constant communication with partners nationwide and offers hands-on learning about our operations. This position requires you to be in-person at our office in El Segundo, CA, 4-5 days a week.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    · Truck Vendor Support: Managing communications with all trucking vendors (text, calls, emails).

    · Installation Coordination: Helping coordinate installations of trucks across the country.

    · Removal Coordination: Helping coordinate removals of trucks across the country.

    · POP Creation: Editing photos and creating POPs to share directly with clients.

    · Quality Control: Receiving and inspecting pictures of trucks on campaign, monthly.

    · Internal Dashboard Management: Creating and managing profiles for vendors.

    · Contracts: Sending contracts to vendors for new campaigns.

    · Sourcing: Assisting in the procurement of new trucks/inventory.

    · Special projects, as assigned.

    REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

    · Bachelor’s degree (Marketing Focus/Emphasis) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    · 1 year of experience in Marketing is preferred (post-graduation or internships).

    · Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.

    · Extremely detail-oriented and organized.

    · Creative problem solver.

    · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    · Ability to work independently and as a team.
