We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities:

- Familiarity with project coordination tools (e.g., HeavyBid)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts
