Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Concrete Set-Up Technician. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include cleaning forms, setting rail, and re-bar for concrete projects. While experience in any type of concrete industry is preferred, it is not required. Similarly, familiarity with reading tape measures and blueprints is advantageous but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean forms thoroughly to ensure quality concrete finishes.
Set rail and re-bar accurately according to project specifications.
Assist in the preparation of concrete molds and frameworks.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks within the concrete setup process.
Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.
Qualifications:
No prior experience necessary; willingness to learn and eagerness to work are essential.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Basic understanding of construction principles is a plus.
