Responsibilities

• Conduct engineering calculations, energy analysis and economic analysis.
• Application of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics for construction of buildings.
• Proficient in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit, FormIt), Solidworks, or comparable 3D modelling program
• Work effectively and pro-actively within multi-discipline project teams
• Assess and manage client requirements

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering
• EIT Certificate highly desirable, but not required
• Excellent understanding of Engineering fundamentals
• Experience in delivering projects in AutoCAD, Revit, or relevant discipline software.
• HVAC and Title 24 software and manual calculations
• Knowledge of mechanical codes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
