Michigan Spring and Stamping is seeking skilled Itaya Spring Set-Up Operators to join our team. We are looking for individuals with experience in setting up and operating Itaya spring machines.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, and making adjustments to the Itaya spring machines to produce high-quality springs.
You will also be responsible for checking and documenting critical dimensions of parts, selecting and installing appropriate tools and equipment, and keeping parts and tools in their proper place.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience specifically with Itaya spring machines. Additionally, the candidate should have a good understanding of blueprints and be able to interpret shop orders effectively.
Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve are important skills for this position.
