QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:- Provides prompt and outstanding customer service.
- Ability to build relationships with customers by accessing customers’ needs, listening, observing, and recommending services and programs available.
- Ensure cars are cued correctly and assist with guiding into the tunnel.
- Worked as part of a team member, follow all compliance and safety procedures. Notify supervisor/manager when issues occur.
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays to support the company’s business needs.
- Attends job-related meetings (ability to work as scheduled).
- Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor/car wash manager.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Sales and/or customer service experience in car wash business preferred.
- Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills and have excellent follow through.
- Ability to perform essential duties, job responsibilities and work in the conditions described below.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:- Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift and work outdoors throughout the year.
