- Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a service writer or in a related role
- Knowledge of auto body repair, tire service, oil changes, shocks/struts, alignments, automotive diagnostics, and other automotive services
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and technicians
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document customer concerns and repair information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
