Truck repair shop seeking an individual with vehicle repair industry experience and strong customer relations skills to fill a service writer position. This person often serves as the initial point of contact for phone, walk in and internet customers He/she will utilize the company's work order management system to write up work orders, take payments and assist in developing quotes as well as light filing.
