Additionally, Service Contract Administrator may participate in review of customer issues and may recommend modifications to the services or terms. May assist with contract negotiations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Service Contract Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Job Description


    As our Office Administrator, you will perform a high level of customer service over both the phone and in person, providing information to customers regarding the auto repair and towing services offered by our company. Because this position includes dispatching for our tow truck drivers, you will be responsible for acting as a point of communication for emergency and non-emergency calls, as well as the recording, processing, and documentation of all significant information regarding each situation. This role requires high competency in all company operations, organization of paperwork and call details, the confidentiality of all customer information, and prompt follow-through with outside correspondence. You will be responsible for managing our lobby through cleaning, organizing, and restocking, and will schedule autocare appointments and ring out customers.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance and dress in compliance with established Company Standards


    • Arrive at work on time daily, ready for duty when the shift starts
    • Provide concise dispatch communication in a professional and timely manner
    • Submit accurate invoices and appropriate payment on time for processing
    • General Lobby Maintenance, such as; Cleaning our entryway, waiting for area and front desk, restocking our self-serve coffee station, and organization of promotional materials
    • Maintain consistently excellent attendance
    • Ensure continuous quality customer service through professionalism, punctual response, skill, and courtesy
    • Cooperate and communicate well with all co-workers
    • Attend employee meetings as requested for job and safety information; Attend training and achieve professional certification as directed by management
    • Study information provided by the Company to maintain and upgrade industry and job knowledge
    • Assist in training new employees when requested
    • Present friendly, compassionate customer service at all times


    Qualifications:


    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Transportation to and from work (this job can not be performed via telecommuting)
    • Superb organizational skills
    • Ability to handle a moderate to a high level of consecutive radio and phone communications
    • Present a clean, well-groomed appearance
    • Ability to communicate and follow directions
    • Facilitation of concise effort in a fast-paced environment
    • Good workplace habits such as time management, cleanliness, and attendance
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk, hear and lift light objects
    • Must submit to and pass a background check per Company Policy and requirements
