Service Contract Administrator jobs in Kearney, NE

Service Contract Administrator prepares, reviews, administers, and tracks service contract proposals and renewals. Explains service terms to customers and answers questions about contracts. Being a Service Contract Administrator secures necessary approvals and ensures that the standard contract terms are followed. Escalates issues involving customer claims about service to management. Additionally, Service Contract Administrator may participate in review of customer issues and may recommend modifications to the services or terms. May assist with contract negotiations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Service Contract Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     • Communicate and coordinate various clubhouse vendor scheduling
    • Manage daily paperwork flow
    • Maintain office supply inventory
    • Variable tasks based on daily demand and seasonality
    Human Resources

    • New and rehire processing and onboarding
    • Support managers and Corporate HR team with personnel and cultural initiatives
    • Drive local labor and safety compliance regulations
    • Payroll preparation - timesheet review and service charge calculation

    Education and Experience

    • Associates Degree preferred
    • Three to five years of experience in an administrative/accounting/HR role.
    Physical Requirements
    • Prolonged periods of sedentary/stationary work.
    • Occasionally move about the office to access printers, file cabinets, and meet with others.
    • Must be able to communicate verbally with members and employees via phone.
    • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator or printer.
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
