Job Summary: 

As a Contract Administrator, you will be the front line of the customer service part of our accounts receivable team. You will deal with customers and employees on a daily basis to ensure that accounts are set up correctly, to process payments through credit cards and ACH drafts, to assist with disputes, to invoice customers, and to ensure prompt collection of billings. You will also assist with entering invoice data into customer web-based portals.

Job Duties: 

• Create Invoices from information in customer contracts
• Send Invoices to  customers
• Communicate disputes with sales and project managers
• Maintain high attention to detail
• Support A/R reports with supplemental information
• Maintain and update customer information 
• Process full and partial credit memos
• Resolve billing issues
• Reconcile and correct customer accounts

Qualifications: 

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent from two-year or technical school; OR 5 years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new methods, processes, and system changes
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Strong customer service focus and problem solving skills
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with AS400 software, preferred
