The Contract Administrator Assistant position is a full-time position that assists the General Counsel, Contract Administrators and Project Managers with general construction operations of Boyd Jones. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who has a service-oriented mindset to handle administrative operations within a company focused on values and growth. At times, sensitivity to confidential matters will be required.
Job Duties:
Administrative
- Assist
s in the preparation, review and administration of subcontracts and purchase orders
- Track the status and manage incoming contract documents
- Facilitate the return of contract documents
- Manage and digitally file contract documents
- Review Certificates of Insurance for compliance
- Verify data and qualification documents
- Manage subcontractor prequalification efforts
- Enter data and manage permissions in project directories
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties (document/contract management)
- Assist in resolving miscellaneous administrative issues
- Maintain positivity and professionalism with staff and clients
- Troubleshoot basic office equipment and software
- Support the mission, value, and core values of the company.
Performs other duties as required and assigned.

Education & Experience:
· High School diploma or equivalent required
