Job Summary
This is a permanent position for a Contract Administrator in BioLegend's Business Development department. This position will be responsible for contract creation, negotiation, and drafting of a variety of commercial contracts in a fast-paced, high-demand contracts department.
This position demonstrates the ability to manage and resolve complex contractual problems and work autonomously but within defined corporate and department policies, processes, and guidelines; possesses expert-level contract writing and negotiating skills; excellent problem-solving skills, as well as strong proficiency in conflict resolution, internal and external communications and interpersonal skills; and partners with interested internal business units, executive, and respective business of knowledge for company policy related to specialized contract inclusions, including FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Privacy, and specific corporate policies.

The base salary range for this full-time position is$67,500 - 80,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company.
