Service Contract Administrator prepares, reviews, administers, and tracks service contract proposals and renewals. Explains service terms to customers and answers questions about contracts. Being a Service Contract Administrator secures necessary approvals and ensures that the standard contract terms are followed. Escalates issues involving customer claims about service to management. Additionally, Service Contract Administrator may participate in review of customer issues and may recommend modifications to the services or terms. May assist with contract negotiations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Service Contract Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Process accounts payable invoices and assign accounts payable invoices through invoicing system (TrinDocs)Process PM agreements within 2 business days of receiptBalance petty cash and request checks weekly or as neededPost Technician labor daily and run payroll reports weeklyPromote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's philosophies, vision, strategies and value of "Doing the Right Thing";
Promote the TLM "Toyota Lean Management" philosophy
Educational / Job Requirements
The Service Team Administrator will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, two years of customer service or administrative experience and display efficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
The Service Team Administrator communicates to associates, internal and customers, and managers, which requires excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills.
The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
