Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Handle scheduling, organizing, and coordinating meetings
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and , ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor expenses
Skills:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Knowledge of human resources practices and regulations
