The Manager of Office Administration is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate the organizational effectiveness and efficiency of Palmetto Excel. The Manager of Office Administration works closely with staff and students to supervise and maintain orderly operations for the school. Additionally, this position is a member of the recruitment and enrollment team and leadership team and manages the Young Learner’s Childcare Center. Essential skills include language skills, writing skills, reasoning ability, and computer skills. The position requires a strong focus on customer service with a can-do, professional attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
