Project Manager- We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. Organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements & without exceeding budget.
Requirements & Skills:
5 or more years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial and or residential.
Ability to work well with other Project Managers, Site Superintendents, ensuring all materials & subcontractors are ready & available to meet schedules.
Supervises the crew, provides guidance when needed, evaluate progress, provide detailed reports, ensure adherence to all health and safety standards, report issues.
Able to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to work well in stressful situations.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles. Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, excellent organizational and time management skills.
