    We’re seeking a talented and emerging Contract Administration Professional to join our contracts team. You'll have the opportunity to impact the contracting process with Jacobs’s clients from beginning to end and assist with the placement of contracts with multiple highly specialized sustainable manufacturing, pharma, automotive, nanoscience, semiconductor, energy and data center clients and facilities. The best part is you can support our team remotely from within the U.S., and ideally you’ll reside close to either Greenville SC, or Houston, TX to support our team successfully. You’ll work closely with our sales, operations, legal, procurement and key stakeholder teams to prepare, review and revise contractual documents with a variety of multinational clients. We’ll rely on you to follow our governance requirements, work processes, and guidelines when reviewing or preparing contract documents. We’ll lean on you to present and explain contract terms to our sales and project teams. You’ll apply your contract skills to review client terms and conditions and may participate in negotiations with our legal department. You’ll use your organizational and time management skills to prioritize your work and manage your time efficiently. We’ll tap into your expertise to collaborate with others to ensure consistency and continuity in our contracts. Your keen ability to communicate effectively and tackle challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

    Here’s what you’ll need:

    • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or an additional 2 years’ experience in lieu of degree.

    • Minimum of 3 years directly applicable contracts experience in the private sector.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.

     Ideally, you’ll also have:

     • Experience working for an engineering, construction, or manufacturing company.

    • Paralegal experience

     • Multinational experience.
