    We are seeking a Repair & Remodel (R&R) Project Manager to join our Charleston team to provide professional guidance and support our homeowners through their residential construction process.


    This integral role is responsible for meeting or exceeding the goals and metrics for each and every job by way of personal accountability, effective communication, and forthright integrity.


    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


    • Collaborating with our Production Manager to plan, organize and direct activities to reach the expected results.
    • Monitoring the quality of installation according to manufacture standards.
    • Conferring with subcontractors to discuss work procedures, complaints and construction problems in order to facilitate project activities.
    • Communicating with homeowner and team members on a daily basis 
    • Monitoring and controlling any number of projects through on-site direction to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget.
    • Completing the required documentation.


    Preferences and Skills:


    • Minimum three (3) years construction project management experience with proven results
    • Minimum three (3) years experience in the remodeling field with siding, decking, windows and doors.  
    • Time management
    • Ability to read plans and measure for materials
    • Problem solving/analysis 
    • Financial management
    • Communication proficiency 
    • Tech savvy
    • Valid driver license
