Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
- Address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy
Experience:
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation practices is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and change
