A Cook is responsible for the implementation of the daily menus according to the shift.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Responsible for daily food production. Must have above average food production skills with ability to perform tasks error free and meet quality standards.
• Cleaning dishes during shift both before and after meals. This includes but is not limited to silverware and glassware. Will be accountable for assorting and separating, as well.
• Daily sweeping and/or mopping of kitchen floor according to shift.
• Reporting to Executive Chef for directions on menu preparation, daily duties, and any other questions regarding shift duties.
• Following of all menu items and/or prep items according to dietary and resident needs and standards.
• May be required to perform other task that is asked by management team.
• Required to stay alert and attentive during all scheduled work hours.
• Must wear hair restraints during all meal preparation and serving.
