- Prepare all food items required for any station that the employee is working.
- Safely operate all equipment to ensure employee safety.
- Requisition supplies needed for any station employee is working.
- Adhere to state, local and company specific health codes.
- Set up and/or break down all or any station as specified by immediate supervisor.
- Prepare all items per Company specifications/recipes.
- Maintain work area and all equipment used in a clean and professional fashion.
- Employee must provide their own cutlery of a type suitable to management specifications.
- Other duties as assigned.
