Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, menus, recipes, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers. Ability to measure foods in proportions.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral
instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to request guidance as needed.
Gaming license issued by the Paskenta Gaming Commission. Food handlers permit from a relevant government agency.
