Meets all sales and service quality standards and goals. Additionally, Select Customer Relationship Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires Series 7 license. The Select Customer Relationship Manager gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. - Previous experience in a banking or financial services role preferred
- Knowledge of loan processing, loan origination, and basic math skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using 10-key typing for accurate data entry
