Meets all sales and service quality standards and goals. Additionally, Select Customer Relationship Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires Series 7 license. The Select Customer Relationship Manager gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Job Description
The Relationship Manager is responsible for the relationship between the client and RMS. They will work closely with implementations, support, product, and sales teams to maintain a positive client experience, increase revenue opportunities and ensure a positive ROI.

Education/Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Occasional travel is required. All applicants are subject to drug screens and background checks per company policies.
