We are currently seeking a talented Designer who is proficient in 2020 Design Software and embodies our brand as the "face" of our showroom. This individual will play a pivotal role in lead management, customer relationship building, and will possess a strong aptitude for design and technology.

Role Overview: (40 Hours/Week $18/h Commission)
As the Designer & Customer Relationship Manager and the welcoming "face" of our showroom, you will guide clients through their remodeling journey, from initial contact to post-project completion. This position requires a unique blend of skills in design, technology, and customer service to ensure clients receive unparalleled support and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management & Customer Service:Rigorously follow up with prospects and maintain engagement through multiple contacts, ensuring no lead is neglected. Deliver exceptional service from the initial point of contact, during, and after project completion, fostering long-term relationships.
• Showroom Representation: Serve as the primary point of contact in our showroom, guiding visitors through their decision-making process, and representing our brand's standards of quality and service excellence.
• Design Expertise: Use 2020 Design Software to create precise, appealing designs for kitchens and bathrooms, reflecting client specifications. Additionally, be capable of employing other design-related software as needed.
• Technological Proficiency: Efficiently manage client information and project details in our CRM system, and utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for project tracking, reporting, and communication.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in customer service, lead management, and relationship building within the construction, remodeling, or interior design sectors.
• Expertise in 2020 Design Software, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills.
• Familiarity with design principles, materials, and latest trends in kitchen and bathroom renovations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), CRM systems, and other relevant technology tools.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude, with a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining positive customer relationships.
