Select Customer Relationship Manager develops and expands a retail customer base of affluent customers. Provides services and educates customers about additional financial offerings to generate interest and identify investment and cross-sales opportunities. Being a Select Customer Relationship Manager presents new products or services that may enhance the bank's relationship with the client or fulfill the client's short- and long-term financial needs. Meets all sales and service quality standards and goals. Additionally, Select Customer Relationship Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires Series 7 license. The Select Customer Relationship Manager gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Key aspects of the role:

    Daily interaction with customer to identify needs and execute solutions
    Ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of work order requests*
    Perform weekly walkthrough inspections of site.
    Follow up with landlord and vendor(s) on all service-related issues.
    Identify operational areas that require attention and maintain the facilities presentation to the highest standard to both internal and external customers.
    Conduct regular service meetings with contractors and enforce contract terms.
    Comply with all safety and quality-related matters on-site.
    Manage response to on-site incidents and required reporting.


    Desired Qualifications
    Must currently possess an active TS/SCI clearance
    Three (3) years facility management experience in a corporate or government environment
    High school diploma or Associates degree with relevant work experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable
    Basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
    Be self-directed, professional in appearance and demeanor, and capable of performing tasks with minimal supervision
    Ability to manage multiple requests for service, simultaneously; and with the flexibility to respond
    Strong customer service skills, communication, organizational and multitasking skills; and the ability to work with computers and programs such as MS Office Suite are a must
