Hourly Rate: $21.50
FLSA Status: Full-Time Non-Exempt
Description Summary
The primary duty of the Security Supervisor is to oversee and manage Security Officers assigned
to his/her shift. This position ensures that operations are staffed efficiently, ensure that
employees perform to established expectations, and promotes a safe environment for guests and
employees; all duties are performed within Company’s policies and procedures, and applicable
gaming and state laws. Security Supervisor is to ensure and provide outstanding, friendly, and
informative support to our guest and employees while maintaining safety throughout the property
as directed. Works to ensure maximum Guest safety at all times while under the direct
supervision of Manager and periodically patrolling assigned areas as needed. Responds and
supports security team to emergencies as needed. As a Security Supervisor, she/he notifies
Casino Surveillance when backup is necessary and additional external Emergency Medical
Services are needed. Position of a Security Supervisor prefers years of experience, Certification
and/or licensing in the position's specialty is a requirement. All duties are to be performed in
accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures of Two Kings
Casino.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting the Company Service Standards at all
times.
The Security Supervisor operates under the direction of the Security Manager.
Provide excellent service to guests and handle customer complaints.
Respond and secure all Emergency Management situations.
Perform property evictions/exclusions as necessary with approval by management team.
Exhibit sound decision-making with emphasis on motivating team and maintaining high
morale.
Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies in an ethical manner.
Perform essential daily Supervisory duties to include Officer Schedules, Paycom Time and
Attendance tracking and reporting or any other technical function required of Security
Supervisor’s

The Security Supervisor reports to the Security Manager for the following duties: Planning,
organizing, managing, and administering uniform standards of care programs, operations,
and functions; participate in the development and implementation of system and program
strategic planning; implement and assist in the development of medical services department
policies, procedures, and business practices; evaluate goals, objectives, priorities, and

activities to improve performance and outcomes; recommend and establish administrative
controls and improvements; develop procedures to implement new and/or changing
regulatory requirements.
Provide direction, guidance, and leadership to staff; advise on the more complex medical
and sensitive concerns and issues; accompany medical providers during the performance of
medical duties for the purpose of supervision, education, and system evaluation; participate
in the continuing education and training of medical providers; solicit input regarding
medical service standards from medical staff, government agencies, and other interested
parties at the direction of the Security Director or Security Manager.
Develop security standards for provision of on-line control, priority dispatch/pre-arrival
instructions, basic life support patient care protocols, and the provision of medical services
in areas of public assembly.
Manage department operations, and support staff, to include interviewing, hiring, creating
employee schedules, implementing approved procedures, training, and evaluating Security
Officer, enforcing policy, and administering discipline and coaching as needed; plan,
develop and direct staff, work assignments and station coverage.
Evaluate Company’s and department goals, objectives, priorities, and activities performance.
Oversee guest and employee safety by promoting a safe and secure environment and
implementing and enforcing state, local jurisdiction, regulatory, and company policies and
procedures.
Act as a liaison with the appropriate outside agencies during security incidents
Monitor and support security- in all related processing.
Oversee and respond to guest and employee emergencies and reported threats, document
incidents and ensure proper escalation for reporting and resolution purposes.
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Adhere to all company service and operating standards.
Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
Escalate emergency situations to Manager as needed research and resolve guest and / or
employee issues effectively and professionally.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned and/or requested by Security Manager,
including but not limited to security officer duties such casino roving, etc.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty

High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree or related field, experience
working in a similar setting Excellent computer skill with knowledge of Word, Excel
preferred. Strong interactive skills and the ability to work independently required.
One-year experience as a Security Officer required.
Valid driver’s license required with no more than one (1) DUI convictions or three or more
moving violations, three or more traffic citation convictions in the past 3 years (from date of

CPR/AED certified required.
