EKG Security is a professional security company looking for highly motivated and competent individuals to undertake the surveillance of our clients, their premises and protection of staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free.

Position Type: Experienced Shift Supervisor for Class A Building 

Pay: $ 19.00

Shift Type: All Shifts

Location: Atlanta (Hapeville area)

• Ensure a safe environment through a team effort of diligent active patrol, strict access control, monitoring, and equipment control
• Visible and observant at all times, greeting staff, guests, and vendors in a courteous and attentive manner
• Respond immediately to distress calls, panic alarms, and emergency calls for disorderly conduct, disruptive persons, and incidents swiftly and appropriately
• Collaborate with Area Vice President to smoothly operate sites
• Work well with team members and identify areas that need improvements

Job Skills / Requirements

Qualification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have great communication and customer service skills
• Must demonstrate excellent professionalism at all times
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Driver’s License (required if driving a company vehicle)
• Must have clean criminal background/ and pass drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Attention to detail is a plus
• 1-year supervisory experience preferred
• Able to assess and evaluate situations effectively
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time as well as ability to ascend and descend stairs with loads up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with computers, and aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Able to answer phones and/or operate a 2-way radio
• Impeccable character/integrity
