OPERATIONS MANAGER - SECURITY OPERATIONS - ARROW SECURITY NYC REGIONAL OFFICE

Position Summary

The Account Manager assists our very fast-paced NYC regional office in managing a workforce of security officers with respect to staffing and scheduling; The ideal candidate will have experience in handling an operation of minimum 5000- 6500 hours per week in the private security business.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Manages 5,000-6,500 hours of contract hours
• Handles scheduling of assigned security staff as congruent with client needs
• Trains, mentors and supports uniformed security officers
• Liaison with client and coordinate communication of operations, through an effective and responsive approach
• Provides exceptional customer service
• Effectively manages people and costs while ensuring contract compliance
• Drafts and updates security post orders
• Drives operational accountability
• Other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:

• Must have 2 years experience in managing security operations or accounts
• Have ability to work within a structured environment and follow strict processes
• Works well within a team
• Must be flexible in availability to tend to accounts as needed
• Ability to work in high pressure situations with hard deadlines
• Working knowledge of WinTeam & eHub platforms preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Driver's License preferred
• HS Diploma/GED
