Seeking experienced Retail Security Manager to work directly under our CEO, helping create Policy and managing staff. Must be willing to work as a security professional while wearing multiple managerial hats, starting with helping oversee (and work at) 4 upscale retail stores.
LOCATION: Initially, two stores are in West Hollywood. Two others are in Malibu CA.
PAY: Will work at least 40 hours a week. Within 3 months of demonstrated success, this would turn into a salary position. While training and under probation we will reach an equitable, agreed-upon pay arrangement.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Writing/creating site-specific security guard policy at various accounts so guards have clear instructions and expectations. These 'Post Orders,' as they are commonly referred to, includes training material(s) that must be also penned.
2) Implementing and documenting guard training
3) Must be willing and good at recruiting guards. Daily phone interviews is expected. Meeting and hiring responsible guards is critically important
4) Ensuring Clients are satisfied with service and passing on feedback to guards and our management team
5) Being responsible for timesheet collection and accurate transfer of data into our excel-based payroll system.
6) Willing to work as a professional guard, leading by example, learning our Clients by being present
