Security Guard - Armed jobs in Aurora, CO

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Guard to join our team. As an Armed Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets. This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. MUST have reliable transportation to work at this site.

Duties:
- Provide armed security services to clients, including but not limited to:
- Conducting patrols and surveillance of designated areas
- Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to any suspicious activity
- Responding promptly to alarms or incidents
- Conducting thorough searches of individuals, vehicles, or premises as required
- Enforcing access control procedures
- Maintaining accurate logs and reports of all activities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Assist in emergency situations, including providing first aid or CPR if necessary
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed

Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as an Armed Guard or in a related field (e.g., law enforcement, military)
- Possession of a valid armed guard license/certificate
- Proficient in conflict management and de-escalation techniques
- Knowledge of surveillance systems and CCTV operation
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and practices
- Strong physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
