The position being hired for includes working on the weekends.

You must have a strong work history that demonstrates you’re overall experience in telephone usage, verbal communication, experience in learning and adapting to new computer software – this is not an entry level position for someone without office experience.

The shift being hired for includes working weekends. The office is open seven days a week between the hours of 6:00am until 1:00am. You must be available to work any day between the operating hours of 6:00am until 1:00am . The position's shifts are from 6:00am to 3:00pm and 3:00pm to 1:00am

You must be available to work on the either first or second shift if needed.

We are seeking a "go getter" and not someone that wants to come to work and get by as easily as possible. You must be on time and have good attendance in order to be considered for pay increases. This position does have advancement opportunity. The shift being hired for includes working weekends.

Role Responsibility:

• Schedule in adherence with safety requirements with independent judgment and assist the security staff in their duties to safely and professionally protect the interest of at the assigned work site.
• Provide time keeping assistance for payroll and billing.
• Answer telephone calls to assist callers and route phone calls accordingly.
• Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner; maintain confidentiality at all times when dealing with information.
