Responsible for the safety and security of the employees, customers, assets and facilities. Communicates potential problems and assists employees and guests in emergencies. Responsible for any gaming floor related security function. Responds to emergency life safety concerns. Controls and diffuses potential conflicts. Verifies transactions on the gaming floor.
FUNCTIONS
Must be in good physical condition. Essential functions require ability to provide assistance to Guests and fellow employees, which will include lifting or restraining, and ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, lift and reach continuously during the workday. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance and up to 250 lbs. with assistance. Must be able to obtain a Delaware State Lottery License.
MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to make quick decisions. Ability to follow established policies and procedures and ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
