Security Director implements overall security strategy, policies, and standards to ensure the physical safety of all visitors, employees, or customers to the organization's facilities and the security of property and assets. Conducts regular audits and inspections to assess, identify, and mitigate any security vulnerabilities or gaps. Being a Security Director implements staff training and operational plans for crisis response, disaster recovery, evacuation, workplace violence, and other emergency events. Manages and maintains systems, alarms, and other physical security measures. Additionally, Security Director delivers education programs and communications on security policies and topics to ensure staff is adequately informed and equipped to manage potential security issues. Participates in local, state, provincial, or federal working or advisory groups to keep abreast with all security-related information, directives, and events. Leads and directs significant investigations and critical event responses in coordination with law enforcement and other officials or agencies. Possess a broad knowledge of law enforcement methods, tactics, and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, security, or related discipline. Typically reports to senior management. The Security Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Security Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Your Role.

    As the Director of Performance Marketing, you will develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business goals/visions and drive growth. In this position, you will lead and inspire a team of digital marketing specialists, CRM admins, and vendor partners. You will be the one to effectively communicate ideas and strategies to internal and external stakeholders. Your goal is to strategically develop the pipelines for our company in this ever-growing security industry.


    What You’ll Do in This Role.


    Marketing Development 50%

    • Responsible for ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
    • Develop and implement successful digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads and drive conversions.
    • Proficiently manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and MAS (Marketing Automation System) vendors and systems to effectively build and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and drive growth.
    • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
    • Effectively communicate ideas, strategies, and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and creative design.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.


    Team Management 20%

    • Lead team of digital marketing specialists, CRM administrators, and vendor partners. 
    • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment to achieve marketing goals.


    Vendor and Relationship Management 15%

    • Responsible for managing relationships with CRM teams, digital partners, and vendors such as creative agencies and freelancers, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality digital assets.
    • Effectively lead collaborations with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to develop integrated campaigns and content.

     

    Data Analytics 15%

    • You will utilize analytic tools to effectively manage and analyze marketing campaigns.
    • Interpret data and metrics, derive actionable insights, and optimize marketing strategies for improved performance.

    Qualifications/Knowledge:

    • Degree in Marketing or related field
    • 5-8 years’ experience in Performance and Digital Marketing.
    • Strong background in digital marketing tactics and lead generation.
    • Must have a proven track record of implementing successful digital marketing strategies to generate leads and drive conversions.
    • Must be proficient in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and MAS (Marketing Automation System) systems.
    • Strong experience managing relationships with digital partners and vendors.
    • Must have a strategic mindset to develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and drive growth.
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong Leadership ability with experience leading teams.
    • Proficient in marketing automation and data analysis.
    • Industry knowledge to stay updated with trends.
    • Experienced in managing marketing budgets effectively.

    The Office Environment:

    As part of the company, you can expect to work in a standard office setting where there is a positive team atmosphere. Our office is a collaborative space where cross-department projects are frequent. Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate. You will have exposure to moderate noise levels and on occasion outside weather conditions (walking between buildings, networking events).
