Security Director - Casino jobs in Stillwater, OK

Qualifications:   Must have a High school diploma or G.E.D., and be able to pass extensive background check in accordance with Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain gaming license, ability to work any shift any day including (weekends and holidays) as scheduled. Must be twenty-five 25 or above with good driving record and able to sit / stand for extended periods of time. Frequent lifting, may occasionally be required to lift in excess of 50 pounds, and  able to push heavy cart.   

Responsibilities and Duties

• Must have current state issued drivers license, Friendly and pleasant personality, and possess good written and verbal communication skills. Constant mental alertness is needed. C.L.E.E.T. (Council on Law Enforcement Education & Training) certification preferred. Candidate must be certified within (6) six months of employment. Any questions or concerns should be directed to your immediate supervisor for clarification.
• Will patrol, and monitor casino property including buildings and parking lot to help prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. To assist in providing a safe environment for the casino patrons and employees.
• Responsible for all paperwork and reports being accurate and legible.
• Provide escort for Casino Property when being transported from one location to another.
• To provide crowd control and assist local law enforcement agencies in the event of emergency and investigation situations.
• Notifies ranking officer of any irregularities in guest play.                  
• Must be able to stand stationary for long periods of time.
• Constant mental alertness is needed.
• Ensures that exceptional internal and external guest service standards are always number one.
• Interacts with guests in a pleasant, professional, and friendly manner.
• Clean cut appearance with ability to meet training & physical requirements.
• Must wear your gaming badge at all times while on duty or doing business in the casino.
• Be courteous and professional at all time to co-workers, guests, vendors or anyone you may have contact with while on duty.
