DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION SECURITY
ProService is seeking a Director of Information Security who will spearhead efforts to safeguard the digital infrastructure across our enterprise, including computers, networks, and data, against cyber threats. Your role will involve orchestrating a robust cybersecurity strategy that not only responds swiftly to alerts but also centralizes security management for enhanced visibility. Through initiatives such as monitoring access privileges, scrutinizing sensitive data storage, and overseeing the use of security keys, you will fortify our defenses to mitigate risks effectively.
As the Director of Information Security, you will play a pivotal role in proactively identifying and addressing vulnerabilities, especially during the implementation of new technologies or services. It will be your goal to cultivate a culture of security awareness throughout ProService, ensuring adherence to best practices across all operations.

The base compensation for this position is $140,000 to $175,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of performance based commissions/bonuses. The commission/bonus payout is between $15,000 and $25,000 annually when performing within the target range.
To ensure effective collaboration and alignment with our team's workflow, we have a preference for candidates who are based in PST and willing to work within HST. While this is not a strict requirement, priority will be given to candidates who can accommodate this aspect of the role. We believe in flexibility and are committed to considering all talented applicants, evaluating them based on skill, competency, and cultural fit, rather than solely on geographic location.
For local candidates, we support a hybrid working environment requiring 3 days/week in the office located in Hawaii-Kai, Honolulu, HI.
Our normal business hours are 8am - 5pm HST.
