    SECURITY OFFICER
    The Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for all guests, employees, and company assets.
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all-inclusive to this position.)
    • Assist in transporting money and chips.
    • Control access to restricted areas.
    • Respond promptly and appropriately to customer and employee incidents and accidents. Write reports.
    • Monitor customer and employee passage in and out of casino.
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
    • Must be at least 18 Years of age.
    • Casino experience preferred.
    • Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills.
    • Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays
    • Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written
