Job Summary:

Security 101 – New Jersey is now recruiting for a Project Coordinator responsible for data processing, order processing, reception, light clerical, and general administrative duties. The Security 101 offices are a business casual work environment, this position is located at 446 NJ-35 Building C Eatontown, NJ 07724. Only local candidates will be considered.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a full position with an hourly wage range between $20-$25 commensurate with skills, and experience. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, 401(k) plan, paid holidays, PTO and more.

The Right Candidate:

• Ability to work with multiple members of the project team effectively.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our business partners, customers, strategic partners, and internal departments.
• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Access Control, Closed Circuit Video Systems and Intrusion Alarm Systems is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, email, internet.
• Knowledge of the Fieldwire program is a plus.
• The ability to manage multiple staff and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving.
• Working with PMs on tasks 
• Scheduling (daily/weekly) PO & Sub Agreements, Misc tasks and follow-ups. 
• Training: Assignments & follow-ups. 
• Project kickoff calls. Coordination & Attendance. 
• Updating our proprietary software (101Ware) with tasks. 
• Assist in parts ordering as needed. 
• Assists in receiving as needed. 
• Issues sub agreements as needed.  

 Education:

• High School (or GED) minimum requirement.
