Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle potentially challenging situations with professionalism.

Hours.

Friday Morning 1am-7a

Friday Night 7pm-7am

Satuday night 7pm-7am

Sunday night 7pm-7am

Duties:

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access or activities

- Conduct regular security checks of premises to identify and address potential security risks

- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances

- Maintain accurate records of incidents and report any suspicious activities or security breaches

- Provide assistance and guidance to visitors, employees, and clients

- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security protocols

- Operate CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment to monitor activities on-site

- Assist with emergency response procedures, including evacuations if necessary

- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed

Skills:

- Valid Security Officer certificate/license is required

- Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment

- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally

- Knowledge of first aid procedures and the ability to administer basic first aid when necessary

- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and strategies

- Excellent surveillance skills to identify potential threats or suspicious activities

- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to security operations

- CPR certification is preferred but not required
