Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Admin to join our team. The Operations Admin will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our security company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Operations Admin will work closely with various departments within the company to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client accounts, service agreements, and operational procedures. Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist in managing resources such as personnel, equipment, and vehicles to ensure optimal deployment and utilization.
