Sonitrol of Louisville is expanding our Administrative Team. We are looking for a multi-faceted individual that can learn quickly and multi-task at a high level without direct supervision. The position will entail answering phones, managing customer service, and working with inventory. This position will also interface with our customers and system database changes.
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, strong organization and attention to detail. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn quickly are a must.
The position duties are:
· Answering incoming phone calls and directing them as needed
· Customer service data entry
· Communicating with customers for various needs
· Various Excel spreadsheet project management
· Working on special projects
This is a permanent full-time position. Compensation will be based on experience with compensation in the $20-25 per hour range. Benefits include health insurance, retirement program with company match, paid holidays and vacation.
