Reporting to the Head of Investment Product, the Investment Product Manager (the “Manager”) is responsible for supporting the product infrastructure of the wealth management platform at Citizens Securities Inc. (“CSI”). Utilizing and working with current and potential product partners in the asset management industry, the Manager will assist in the maintenance of the platform’s product suite of mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, and portfolio model strategies, including but not limited to new product launches, and existing products and portfolio model positioning.
The Manager will track the performance of products and model strategies and prepare reports and tables for use by the Product and Advisory teams. They will perform relative value and performance analysis across asset classes and market sectors, generally on equity and model portfolio strategies. The Manager will also do portfolio construction and optimization work using tools like Morningstar Direct. Maintenance of product-related and thought leadership content on the internal SharePoint site for internal usage by financial and wealth advisors will be an additional responsibility. Working where necessary with internal Technology, Compliance, and Operations teams to assist with updating processes for new product launches and overall platform functions and initiatives will also be a function of this role.
5 % travel will be required to meet responsibilities.
40% Work with asset management product partners as detailed above.
40% Work with Client Portfolio Managers, the Investment Platform Manager, and Digital Investing Product Manager to support the overall Wealth platform business strategy and execution.
15% Work with internal control groups and teams to coordinate the business and efforts of the Product Team across the CSI platform.

The salary range for this position is $112,000 - $140,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
