As a(n) Securities and Corporate Governance Paralegal you will have the opportunity to communicate and work with attorneys, service-providers, and employees at all levels. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by assisting with the company’s ability to maintain compliant with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The team you will be working with is professional and intuitive, and values how this department contributes to the success of the company.

So, what will you be doing as a(n) Securities and Corporate Governance Paralegal?

• Assist in drafting and filing corporate disclosure documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission
• Support governance and compliance projects
• Perform research, analysis, and application of detailed regulations
• Perform multi-step calculations in Microsoft Excel
• Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Secretary

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Exceptional attention-to-detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Accounting or financial background preferred
