Assist fixed income operations team at US broker-dealer in Chatham, NJ

Tasks and duties will include assisting the team with the following:

• Daily balancing and reconciliation of transactions, positions, and P & L for US treasury securities, repo and financial futures
• Interfacing with brokers and trading counterparties regarding trading activity and trade settlement
• Trade Input
• Monitoring of straight through processing
• Administrative duties such as account documents, compliance, accounting
• Hours are 6:30 am - 5:00pm, M-F; Availability to respond to emails through 6:30pm is expected
• Reliability, punctuality and perfect attendance is extremely important.
• Must be able to work in the office, no remote work option
• 2 - 5 years experience in fixed income required
• Prior to hiring, background check will be required

• Advanced user of Excel a plus (pivot tables, lookups, etc)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
