* LEAD PROJECTS THAT IMPROVE PROCESSES, REDUCE DEFECTS, AND SIMPLIFY INFORMATION FLOW TO PRODUCTION AREAS.
* SYNTHESIZE DATA AND DEVELOP SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS THAT IMPROVE EFFICIENCIES AND SUPPORT QUALITY IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES.
* SUPPORT PRODUCTION GROUPS BY ANAYLYZING AND VISUALIZING DATA FOR REAL-TIME FEEDBACK.
* PARTNER WITH SUPPORT AREAS TO SEAMLESSLY IMPLEMENT SOLUTIONS AND SUPPORT CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES.
* WORK CLOSELY WITH ALL PRODUCTION AREAS TO PRIORITIZE PROJECTS, COMMUNICATE STATUS UPDATES, AND IMPLEMENT IMPROVEMENTS.
* COMMUNICATE PROJECT UPDATES TO UPPER MANAGEMENT ON A REGULAR BASIS.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* BACHELOR'S DEGREE IS REQUIRED.
* DEMONSTRATED ABILITY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT).
* DEMONSTRATED ABILITY WITH VISUALIZATION TOOLS SUCH AS TABLEAU OR POWER BI.
* DEMONSTRATED QUERY SKILLS USING SQL SERVER MANAGEMENT STUDIO.
* ABILITY TO MANAGE PRIORITIES EFFICIENTLY IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.
* OUTSTANDING WRITTEN AND ORAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
* DEMONSTRATED PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
* EXCELLENT CHANGE MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
* STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS, DETAIL-ORIENTED, AND THOROUGH PROJECT EXECUTION.
* SELF-STARTER THAT ACHIEVES RESULTS ALONE, WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION, OR WITH A TEAM.
* MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE TASKS WITH OR WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* DEMONSTRATED ADVANCED SKILLS WITH EXCEL AND CREATING MACROS.
* PROFICIENT IN STATISTIAL PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES SUCH AS R, PYTHON, ETC.
* PROFICIENT IN MACHINE LEARNING AND DATA WAREHOUSING.
* PROFICIENT IN LOW CODE SOFTWARE SUCH AS POWER APPS OR OUTSYSTEMS.
* DEMONSTRATED USE OF USING STATISTICS TO APPLY TO BUSINESS PROBLEMS.
