Secondary Market Analyst administers all secondary mortgage market duties that aid in the selling and purchasing of loans. Analyzes mortgage loan portfolios, securities, and mortgage-related investments and considers market trends and economic conditions to evaluate the risk and return of a loan sale or purchase. Being a Secondary Market Analyst creates reports and models to forecast asset performance and works with internal stakeholders to make recommendations. Complies with secondary market regulations and company protocols. Additionally, Secondary Market Analyst may require a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a manager. SUMMARY: The Behavior Technician will work with the Special Services department with a special, intensive focus on the needs of students with significant behavioral challenges. This individual is responsible for assisting the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Special Education Case Manager to provide and implement intensive supports for behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans. The Behavior Technician will assist individual students, classroom teachers, Paraeducators, all special education staff, building teams, and parent/guardians with day to day activities behavior monitoring and recording and collecting data on progress. The Behavior Technician will work within the context of a team with goal of supporting an environment where students with challenging behaviors can achieve academic, social, and emotional success.
ABOUT CHIEF LESCHI SCHOOLS: Formerly known as the Puyallup Tribal School, Chief Leschi Schools was founded in 1976 to address the high dropout rate of the youth of the Puyallup tribe. It is the largest of seven tribal schools in the state of Washington and one of approximately 200 tribal schools in the United States.
