Secondary Market Analyst administers all secondary mortgage market duties that aid in the selling and purchasing of loans. Analyzes mortgage loan portfolios, securities, and mortgage-related investments and considers market trends and economic conditions to evaluate the risk and return of a loan sale or purchase. Being a Secondary Market Analyst creates reports and models to forecast asset performance and works with internal stakeholders to make recommendations. Complies with secondary market regulations and company protocols. Additionally, Secondary Market Analyst may require a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a manager. The Secondary Market Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Market Operations Assistant
Schedule: 2-3 Saturdays per Month, 9:00am – 3:00pm
Compensation: $14.00/hour
Qualifications: Dependable, punctual, attention to quality control, problem-solving, positive attitude, able to lift 50 lbs. regularly; able to work independently and as a team.
Must be at least 15 years old.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Include the following:
-Trash: Effectively manage the collection and appropriate disposal of all trash and recycling.
-Move all equipment for the setup and take down of the Market including barricades, canopies, banners, tables, chairs, A-frames, and any other items necessary.
-Maintain the Market’s supplies and equipment in a neat well-organized manner in the designated storage unit.
-Assist vendors with their booth set up, take down, or other tasks if requested.
-Greet customers and vendors in a friendly, cordial manner.
-Respond to all calls quickly – such as clean ups, and customer service calls.
-Assist the Market Manager with duties when requested
-Maintain familiarity with the Market’s layout.
-Help direct traffic when requested.
