Secondary Market Analyst administers all secondary mortgage market duties that aid in the selling and purchasing of loans. Analyzes mortgage loan portfolios, securities, and mortgage-related investments and considers market trends and economic conditions to evaluate the risk and return of a loan sale or purchase. Being a Secondary Market Analyst creates reports and models to forecast asset performance and works with internal stakeholders to make recommendations. Complies with secondary market regulations and company protocols. Additionally, Secondary Market Analyst may require a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a manager. The Secondary Market Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. We are seeking qualified and enthusiastic people to join our Adventure Program team for the 24-25 school year. The adventure trip leader must have or have the ability to obtain a current Wilderness First Responder certification before start date. Work is contracted per trip.
Fall is our primary season for overnight adventures, beginning in August. After the fall season, there is opportunity for day trips and 3 additional overnight trips in the Spring (typically April-May).
Trips typically run Tuesday-Friday during our busy season, and are based out of Castle Rock, Colorado. We run trips all over the state, as well as in Wyoming and New Mexico. We work with students from grades 6-12. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Special consideration will be giving to candidates who possess additional outdoor certifications such as AIARE, Swift Water Rescue, LNT, etc.
